Private breathwork healing sessions are designed to help you rest and reset your mind, calm your nervous system and feel a sense of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Stress melts away, allowing for clarity and receptivity to your own unique internal guidance.

In this space of deep relaxation, intuition and creativity are enhanced, problems find answers and our heart is allowed to open and show the way to experiencing more love.

The sessions begin with a 15-20 minute check-in, which then flows into a guided breathwork experience.

Private sessions are great if you are new to breathwork practices, or simply need some extra support in your life. They are also a great place to ask any questions you may have around meditation, intuition, healing or deepening your relationship to creativity.

Sessions take place virtually via Zoom.

Each private session is 60 minutes.

I will reach out within 24 hours of your completed purchase to coordinate a day and time for your private session and discuss any questions you have.
