Group Intuitive Painting Session

In these sessions, it is my intention to help you learn how to develop (and expand) your own sacred personal painting practice that will empower, inspire and help you one brush stroke at a time towards activating more authentic self expression.

Sessions are tailored to your individual level of experience and inquiry. All levels are welcome and no prior art experience is necessary.

Each session begins with some grounding and intention setting, with a short meditation before we actually start touching our materials. We then flow into some artful doodling and easy fun warm up practices to help release any stuck energy or fears you may have of starting. We then begin to play with colors and shapes and build upon the images that flow through as we open to our intention and receive guidance.

We will explore color, texture, sacred symbols, intuitive expression, and more! any and all materials are welcome in this class. Whatever you feel excited and most curious to explore is welcome. I find colored pencils, watercolors, markers and acrylic water based paints easiest to use in these sessions. I will provide you with more tips on materials that will be great to have on hand during our session when you book your class.

These creativity sessions take place on Zoom.

Each private session is 90 minutes.

Exchange is $150 per person, minimum of 2 people, maximum of 4. For larger groups or events, please CONTACT ME.

I will reach out within 24 hours of your completed purchase to coordinate a day and time for your private session and discuss any questions you have.
